All classes are small-group (max 10 participants except for Tribe War) to ensure individual attention.
You can attend any classes as part of your Tribe Mode Memberships!

For Newcomers
If this is your first time:
Our trainers are happy to show you how to use equipment and provide tips for proper form.
If you are not confident yet, you can always start with personal training sessions to create a tailored plan, then transition to classes.
