Here’s what you need to know before you join:

  • All classes are small-group (max 10 participants except for Tribe War) to ensure individual attention.

  • You can attend any classes as part of your Tribe Mode Memberships!

  • No prior experience is required for most classes – just bring your energy and a willingness to move!

  • Bookings are essential to secure your spot, especially during peak times.

How to Join a Class

  1. Check the timetable – decide which class fits your schedule and goals.

  2. Book your spot through our member portal

  3. Arrive 5–10 minutes early to set up, warm up, and meet your trainer.

  4. Bring water, a towel, and your enthusiasm!

For Newcomers

If this is your first time:

  • Our trainers are happy to show you how to use equipment and provide tips for proper form.

  • If you are not confident yet, you can always start with personal training sessions to create a tailored plan, then transition to classes.
